BMW Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance offers special policy features and service in keeping with its status as the top marque in motoring.

Your car is repaired by a BMW authorized repairer using only genuine BMW parts.

There are particular features for new vehicles only as well as general features, which apply to all policies. Outstanding features for new cars include a replacement with a new vehicle, subject to availability, if your BMW is assessed as a total loss within the first two years of registration.

The general features applying to all policies include:

• Replacement of a New Vehicle after a Total Loss within 2 years of the start date of the original Registration. If we replace your vehicle, this policy will continue to cover your new replacement vehicle.
• Rental Car following Theft up to $80 a day for a maximum of 14 Days.
• Genuine BMW Parts – (for some earlier models subject to local availability) and repair by authorised BMW repairers.
• Automatic protection of your No Claim Bonus when you are a rating 1 Driver.
• Towing – we will pay the reasonable costs of protection, removal and towing of your vehicle to the nearest repairer, place of safety following an accident or theft of your vehicle.
• Trailer and Caravan Cover following damage or theft of your vehicle up to $1,000.
• Cost of Emergency repairs to your vehicle following an accident or damage up to $500 any one accident.
• Personal effects and clothing if they were stolen or damaged in an accident up to $500.
• Transportation costs if your vehicle cannot be driven home due to theft, malicious damage or accident up to $400.
• If your vehicle keys are stolen, we will pay for the replacement of your vehicle keys and re-coding of your locks up to $1,000.
